I went out for another 3-hour ride today. Again, I feel OK- perhaps even better than yesterday. I pushed myself a little bit up the hills in Albany and was pleased with how well I could get myself over the top. Any delusions of racing are gone but I think I'll be able to keep my bicycle moving through France. After all, the Tour riders are subject to a time limit for each stage, but I will have all day.
